Description

The 6GStarLab mission is a low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite designed as an open, in-orbit laboratory to test and develop future 6G communication technologies. Led by the i2CAT Foundation and funded by Spain's UNICO I+D 6G programme, it will enable remote experiments for researchers and foster the integration of space and terrestrial networks. The mission's infrastructure includes a CubeSat with multiple radio frequency bands and an advanced optical communication terminal, supporting the creation of new applications for connectivity, rural access, and intelligent transportation.
