"IRIS-C provides FM digipeater, allowing the operator to upload data packet (145.860MHz) with desired retransmit delay time. The FM digipeater receives a packet of data, stores it in internal memory and then a moment later retransmits it on UHF (436.915MHz) or S- Band (2420MHz). "
