UEL-Y-SYS is a 6U CubeSat mission led by UEL. The mission is designed for Earth observation and in-orbit technology demonstration, with its primary objectives including fine dust observation and the verification of key components for a lunar exploration rover, such as the rover OBC. It also carries several satellite components, including a reaction wheel, S-band antenna, power module, battery pack module, and camera module, to demonstrate their performance and reliability in the space environment. The satellite bus was developed by the Department of Satellite Systems at Yonsei University.
