Space track has published several TLEs for object 57492. The object in 97 inclined orbit might belong to Fengyun 3F Launch - 2023-111C and was received on 2285 MHz. The 81 inclined orbit for this same object might be METEOR 2-1 DEB - 1975-064F.

Later we found this is OPTSAT-3000, Norad: 42900
